Key Role & Responsibilities : Assist the Director-Project Implementation & Administration in the construction, development, renovation, repairs and interiors works.

Supervision of the quality of construction materials and workmanship,

Interaction with the other entities involved in the project, viz, PMC, and contractors,

Monitoring the progress of work vis-à-vis the planned schedule of work,

Attending site meetings to review such progress,

Identifying delays and slippages in schedule and initiating corrective action.

Inspecting and ensuring the execution work is done in accordance with relevant technical specifications, approved quality and compliance to safety.

Obtaining various offers and quotations for different works that needs to be executed.

Preparing technical and commercial comparatives along with initial negotiation and presenting them to Construction/Planning Committee with construction team for final negotiations
Professional Requirement : Assisting in preparing purchase orders and work orders with relevant technical & commercial terms.

Assisting all the documents through SAP after approval of relevant committee

To work under close guidance of Director-Project Implementation & Administration and take necessary approvals as and when necessary.

Any other responsibility assigned by the Management from time to time.
Education Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering
