The college was established in 2006. During 2011-12, it had 2386 students, 100 faculty members and 65 support staff was ranked 5th in Maharashtra and 7th in Top Emerging Engineering Colleges of Excellence in India as per Competition Success Review, August 2011 MPSTME is ‘No.2’ under Deemed Universities in Maharashtra at State and National level with ‘AA’ Rating asper Careers 360, May 2012.
The school’s inception took place in the year 2006 and it is formally known as School of Distance Learning. It runs 7 Diploma and 7 PG Diploma courses in various fields such as Business, Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Supply Chain. Etc.
The school was established in 2006-07. It got NBA acredition for M.Pharm(Pharmaceutics – 5 years) and M.Pharm(Pharmaceutics – 3 years) It also provides a foundation course as an initiative for UG/PG programmes for duration of 2 weeks the at beginning of the trimester for new entrants.
It was started in year 2007. It aims at imparting quality undergraduate business/management education following the respected and time-honored traditions of NMIMS in the field of graduate management education. It offers courses such as BBA, B.Com (Hons.) .etc.
The school was established in 2007 and provides a 5 year full time bachelors course in Architecture and would award a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), under the 5 years degree program of NMIMS University. This degree program is recognized by the Council of Architecture.
The school incepted in 2007 initially providing B.Pharm + MBA & M.Pharm. However it introduced many other courses such as MBA (HCM), M.Pharm QA, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Analysis and a lot more.
Academy of Aviation at Shirpur established in 2007, received initial approval from Directorate
General of Civil Aviation on 29th May, 2009. First batch of THREE trainee pilots enrolled for
training in the last week of July, 2009. Ground training syllabus of 450 hours is provided along
with Flying experience, while meeting all other industry standards. Courses provided are PPL and CPL.
Centre for Textile Functions, MPSTME was established in July 2007, with courses such as Diploma in Textile Technology (DTT) - 4 years full time course, Advanced Diploma in Textile Wet Processing (ADTWP) - 2 years full time course, Add On - ADTWP - 1 year part time foundation course. Recently, Diploma in Textile Technology (DTT) - 3 years full time course (revised AICTE approved course) - were started from July 2013. Harkisan Mehta Institute of Media, Research and Analysis
Previously known as Harkisan Mehta Foundation Institute of Journalism And Mass Communication, this institute has been standing tall for the last 25 years catering to students who wants to make a career in the booming Indian media industry.
Harkisan Mehta Institute of Media, Research and Analysis (HMMRA) is the only private institute among the SVKM (Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal) family of institutes. HMMRA was founded by the famous Gujarati Writer and Journalist Late Shri Harkisan Mehta, after he donated a considerable amount of money to start the institute in the year 1990.
